Rosenbohm v. Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless

What is the case about?
On August 19, 2017, we filed Rosenbohm v. Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, 2:17-cv-731 (N.D. Ohio), a collective action alleging that Defendant failed to pay solution specialists for work performed after clocking out on their iPads at the end of the shifts.

What does the settlement provide?
The parties reached a settlement of the case and filed a Motion for Approval on June 12, 2010, which can be obtained here. Motion for Approval. On November 8, 2020, the Court granted final approval of the settlement.

Verizon's Settlement Payment of $1,950,000, after deductions, will be divided proportionally into Individual Payments for the Representative Plaintiff and approximately 4,000 employees who previously joined the case. Checks will be issued in approximately November 2020.
